Our first events were a great success, after a couple bumps the Monday evening class at Sheridan and Lowell has been great fun, bring BUG SPRAY!!!

Move of the week: STICK UP or HOLD EM HIGH

With light or no weights hold your hands up in the air, the key HOLD them up, soft elbows (not stiff) Then sitdown and stand up at a bench,or squat.
Stand tall arms in the air head up, sit down stand up.20x
